We Grow Forest Foundation strictly prohibits any form of bribery, corruption, or unethical practices in all its operations and activities. This includes offering, giving, receiving, or soliciting any form of advantage or inducement, whether directly or indirectly, to or from any person or organization, in exchange for favourable treatment or to influence a decision.
Gifts or hospitality, regardless of their value, should not be offered or accepted if they are intended to influence a decision, gain an unfair advantage, or compromise the integrity of We Grow Forest Foundation. Any gifts or hospitality exchanged must be nominal, infrequent, and transparent, and should always be recorded.
All individuals associated with We Grow Forest Foundation must avoid situations where their personal interests may conflict with those of the organization. Any potential or actual conflicts of interest must be disclosed promptly and managed appropriately.
We Grow Forest Foundation encourages all individuals to report any suspected or observed violations of this policy. Reports can be made confidentially and without fear of retaliation. Reports can be submitted through the designated channels outlined in our Whistleblower Policy.
All individuals associated with We Grow Forest Foundation are required to familiarize themselves with and adhere to this Anti-Corruption Policy. Regular training and awareness programs will be conducted to ensure understanding and compliance.
Violations of this policy may result in disciplinary action, up to and including termination of employment or association with We Grow Forest Foundation, and may also lead to legal action.
