We Grow Forest Foundation strictly prohibits any form of bribery, corruption, or unethical practices in all its operations and activities. Gifts and Hospitality

Gifts or hospitality, regardless of their value, should not be offered or accepted if they are intended to influence a decision, gain an unfair advantage, or compromise the integrity of We Grow Forest Foundation. Any gifts or hospitality exchanged must be nominal, infrequent, and transparent, and should always be recorded.

Conflicts of Interest

All individuals associated with We Grow Forest Foundation must avoid situations where their personal interests may conflict with those of the organization. Any potential or actual conflicts of interest must be disclosed promptly and managed appropriately.

Reporting Violations

Compliance & Training

Enforcement & Consequences

Violations of this policy may result in disciplinary action, up to and including termination of employment or association with We Grow Forest Foundation, and may also lead to legal action.
